While much of Antony's work happens behind the scenes, he's a huge part of what keeps Bristol City Kitchens & Bathrooms running day to day.
He oversees the operational side of the business, managing systems, finances, logistics, suppliers and the countless moving parts involved in delivering successful kitchen and bathroom renovations across Bristol. Often working quietly in the background, he's focused on making sure the business operates efficiently and that the team has everything they need to deliver projects to a high standard.
Known for being practical, dependable and solutions-focused, Antony is often the person tackling the less visible challenges that customers never see. His role allows the rest of the team to focus on delivering exceptional kitchens, bathrooms and home renovations while ensuring the business continues to grow and improve behind the scenes.
Together, the team combines strong project management, skilled craftsmanship and efficient operations to deliver high-quality kitchen and bathroom renovations throughout Bristol.
Aaron
Director & Head Engineer
Aaron is usually the person you'll find on site, turning plans and ideas into finished kitchens and bathrooms. With years of experience renovating homes across Bristol, he genuinely enjoys the practical side of the job and takes a huge amount of pride in getting things right.
From full bathroom renovations and kitchen installations to complex plumbing and detailed tiling work, Aaron is involved throughout the project, making sure every element is completed to a high standard. He has a great eye for detail and is often the one spotting potential issues before they become problems.
Customers regularly comment on his calm approach, craftsmanship and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the finished result is exactly what they hoped for. Whether it's a simple upgrade or a complete renovation, Aaron treats every home with the same care and attention he would expect in his own.
Bea
Project Manager & Sales
Bea is the person most customers get to know throughout their renovation journey. From the initial home visit and survey through to project completion, she helps guide every stage of the process, making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
She prepares estimates, helps customers refine their ideas, sources products, coordinates schedules and works closely with the installation team to keep projects moving forward. Whether it's answering questions, solving unexpected challenges or helping choose the right products, Bea is there to support customers every step of the way.
Known for her organisation, attention to detail and approachable nature, she genuinely enjoys helping people transform their homes and making what can feel like an overwhelming renovation project a much more enjoyable experience.
