Workmanship Guarantee

We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on installation work carried out by our team.

This covers defects resulting directly from installation errors.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products supplied and installed benefit from separate manufacturer warranties.

Examples may include:

  • Kitchen cabinets

  • Worktops

  • Appliances

  • Taps

  • Showers

  • Toilets

  • Baths

  • Boilers

  • Radiators

Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer.

What's Covered

Our workmanship guarantee may cover:

  • Leaking joints

  • Installation defects

  • Fitting issues

  • Faults directly attributable to our workmanship

What's Not Covered

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Customer misuse

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Structural movement

  • Existing plumbing defects

  • Existing electrical defects

  • Product manufacturing faults

  • Customer-supplied products

  • Lack of maintenance

Existing Systems

Where we connect to existing plumbing, drainage, heating or electrical systems, we cannot guarantee the condition or future performance of those systems.

Reporting Issues

Any issues should be reported as soon as possible.

We will investigate and, where covered by our guarantee, arrange appropriate remedial work.
